Wi-Fi MB is a municipal public network providing free access to the internet to local residents and visitors to Mladá Boleslav. The aim of this project is to cover as many locations as possible, save users’ mobile data and provide good quality connection in public spaces. This will also bring the town of Mladá Boleslav closer to the standard of advanced European cities. 

You can currently connect at up to 420 access points including the surroundings of the Mladá Boleslav football club, Bondy and Olympia shopping centres and the Exhibition Grounds Park. New locations are added to the network every month. What’s more, individual locations offer the speed of up to 1000 Mb/s. 

Connecting to the network is easy. All you need to do is activate Wi-Fi in your phone settings and look up and select the Wi-Fi MB network. A portal with information will load and connect you to the internet. QR codes are another option for connecting to the network. Banners with the Wi-Fi MB logo containing a QR code are posted throughout Mladá Boleslav. Point your camera to the code and confirm the connection notice on the display of your phone. Your internet browser with the portal mentioned in previously will open.
