The joint-stock company Kultura města Mladá Boleslav a.s. (Culture in the Town of Mladá Boleslav) was established in 2007 by merging several municipal organisations – the Culture House, Svět Cultural Centre, Templ Palace, Church of the Bohemian Brethren and Information Centre. The statutory town of Mladá Boleslav is the company’s sole shareholder.

The company’s management has offices in the Culture House (Dům kultury), Dukelská 1093, Mladá Boleslav.
